CarMedix Warranties
Limited Lifetime Warranty
CarMedix: hereby provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on repairs performed by the collision center. This Limited Warranty is valid as long as you own the vehicle stated herein, and is only granted to the individual whose name appears herein and on the original work order. This Limited Warranty is for labor only. It consists of four fragmented parts, and the stipulations pertaining to each portion are stated hereafter:
1. Metalwork
CarMedix provides a 1 year / 12000 Mile Limited Warranty on all metalwork, including welding and the application of materials used in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. CarMedix will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, and metalwork warranted hereby, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. The claim must be made while the present owner, whose name appears herein, owns the vehicle stated herein.
2. Painting, stripes, & Decals
CarMedix provides a 1 Year / 12000 Mile Limited Warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. CarMedix will re-prime and/or repaint the specific section(s) of the vehicle stated and warranted herein, excluding rust repair, when the claim is made with the warranted period stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle. This Paint Warranty is only valid for OEM type finishes that are defect-free.
3. Mechanical Repairs
CarMedix provides a 1 Year / 12000 Mile Limited Warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage. CarMedix will repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted herby when a claim is made within the warranted period stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
4. Parts
CarMedix provides a 1 Year / 12000 Mile Limited Warranty, unless manufacturer warranty is for a longer or shorter time period, on parts installed by CarMedix . (Please note: CarMedix warranty does not exceed manufacturer warranty). CarMedix will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby, when a claim is made within the warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. Non-OEM parts are warranted by the original manufacturer for rust through.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
stipulations, which are printed below, are made a part of this warranty as though fully incorporated herein. CarMedix hereby agrees to be bound by each and every one thereof.
This Warranty
shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by CarMedix. This warranty s not transferable.
Specifically Excluded:
* Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this Warranty, nor consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair.
* Rust through and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior non-replaced panels not covered.
This states all the limited warranties made by CarMedix and contains only the only undertakings for which it will be responsible.
